This brush is not bad. I have lots of elf brushes, and like most of them, this is one of the newer ones, and I feel like the quality has gone down. The brush is not terrible, but is sort of scratchy- some of the bristles are ticker and are more rough than others. Also it sheds a bit. Great for the price!
This works just as well as any other smudge brush to blend eyeliner or eyeshadow used as liner. You'll be able to achieve the soft eye with this brush. The price is fantastic, at $1!
