Nice but sticky
I have mixed feelings about these lip glosses. I have three of them: Berry Cherry, Flirt, and Fairy. I hate the packaging. I prefer the brush tip that these have over the sponge of ELF's Luscious Liquid Lipstick, but that is not saying much. When first opening these glosses, they need to be clicked closer to 30 times, rather than the 7-10 listed on the product. The smell doesn't bother me. I find I like how they feel on my lips and they are not sticky. The staying power is okay. I wasn't expecting anything super long wearing considering the price. Personally I love these, but I understand why some wouldn't. Basically it's really thick, the colour is very opaque, and it's sort of sticky a little? Like sometimes my hair gets stuck in it, but it's not so so bad. It comes with a brush applicator and you twist the end for product to come out. I really love the product. The colours are gorgeous, they stay on for awhile (I mean as long as you can expect from a gloss) and they give you tonss of colour. You don't have to apply a lot just to get it to show up! I got it at first as a gift, and as soon as I tried it I ordered more. I have it in Vixen, Blossom, Honey, and Flirt. Blossom's my absolute favorite gloss ever, it's such a great pink. Vixen and Honey are a little more transparent than the pink ones, but that's fine since I apply those over lipstick usually anyway. Doesn't come with a lot of product, but for $1 who's complaining? Only reason I gave it 4 lippies is because I can see how its thickness, stickiness, and packaging would be a turn-off for some. Also, it smells very strongly of sugar! Personally I don't mind it at all, I find it quite pleasant actually, but to some it could probably be overpowering. I have this in Sugar plum and Vixen. They both have a strong sugary scent that I don't really like (sometimes it almost makes me sick) but for some reason it's less noticeable with the shade ''Vixen''. The applicator is a brush and it's ok but I prefer the spongey applicator on the liquid lipsticks. They are quite pigmented and have a nice glossy consistency. For the most part these are good. There is a good range of colors and they are long lasting and not to sticky and only one dollar. Now my thing is some of these are a hit and miss on pigmentation. Some are better than others but for the most part most are pretty good. My favorite happens to be flirt and bubblegum. They give me the perfect nude pink lip and would suggest them. Im also fond of pink lemonade and cherry tart these are very pigmented in color. I would suggest these to anyone who wants to give it a try because they are only one dollar. — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Shiny but Sticky
So the I found the concept of this gloss especially fun to play with, it's clicks and product comes out with every turn. The first few times, you just have to keep at it until gloss comes out, but afterwards you just have to click it once. My biggest concern was the fact that the gloss felt really sticky and it really isn't long lasting. The color gives a sheer tint but is barely visible. I won't even imagine how kissing someone with this on would turn out... my boyfriend would probably hate me for wearing it. So overall, I think you should save your dollar and skip out on this product. — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Not ELF's best gloss.
I have a few of these. Blossom is a nice barely noticable sheer pink color, like YLBB. Sugar plum is a sheer purple. Flirt is basically sheer. Vixen is a pretty sheer red. PROS: Feels moisturizing and plumping. Subtle shine (YLBB). Sweet unoffensive taste. A little sticky but that seems to help it last longer on my lips. CONS: Smell is okay (All of them smell like a strongly plasticky pina colada except Vixen, which has a less offensive and slightly fake cherry smell)--it didn't bother me much at first but now I'm liking it less and less. Not super shiny (which is the claim!). The applicator which is kind of annoying in general (not specifically a problem with ELF's applicator b/c I'm not crazy about Stila's click-pens either). The product is worth $1, but it's just not the right product for me and I'll probably end up chucking a few in the trash b/c of the scent. Overall, don't think I'll buy this product again--I prefer ELF's Candy Shop glosses, or Bonne Bell. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 5 people said helpful
