Very soothing.
Admittedly, I'm not quite sure what toner is supposed to do. But, I was chastised by the sales associate for never using it, so I purchased some of this. Elemis is an expensive line, but this is actually not a bad value. I've been using it for at least 2-3 months and there is still 1/2 a bottle left.
