This spray is wonderful! It is light, nongreasy, and leaves the hair shiny and nice smelling. The scent is not overbearing. And it keeps my curls soft! It doesn't weigh them down at all. Basically all John Frieda Frizz-Ease product are good for frizzy hair. I have purchase pretty much every styleing prouduct they have made. This shine mist makes my hair shine in a good way. I have super fine, thin hair and most shine serums and sprays just make my hair look greasy, this is a winner for us fine locked ladies. ilike to spray this in my hands and apply it to my hair rather than spray it directly on. This way i can control where the product goes better. I spray a few pumps into my hands, rub hands together, and apply mostly to my roots, then run my hands over the the length of my hair starting at the top of my head. This makes my ends look healthier, controls any annoying fly-aways and adds a light (not greasy) shine to my whole head.
