Good product, awful packaging

I really loved the the smell and moisturizing effect of this conditioner. However after a few uses it became impossible to get any to come out of the bottle! I had to unscrew the cap,hold the bottle upside down and wait and squeeze for five minutes. All i got was a tiny blob of conditioner! After all of the sqeezing the bottle now has some cracks in it.
