The coolest color
I love this color! I always get asked about this nail color when I use it, mainly to go out at night. It's all about Dior nail colors! — 5 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

#226 Timeless Gold
First of all, I would call this color a little more of a pewter than a gold, as it seems to be a mix of gold and silver. That being said, I really loved this polish very much. This was my first Dior Vernis, and most other brands of polish tend to chip off very easily for me, but not this one. I could genuinely get at least a good 5 days of solid wear out of this polish (can't say as much for most other brands of polish). This particular color was gorgeous (alas, it was a limited edition holiday 2010 color). I will probably buy another Dior Vernis, however, I will really miss Timeless Gold as I'm pretty sure they won't have it now that it's May 2011! — 2 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

#219 Nude Chic
I so wanted this to be a new classic in my polish collection. i hate going for trend colors, but the new Dior display of Parisian Spring made me buy #219, Nude Chic. I don't know if it's the color (one of the most true nudes i've seen) or it's the formulation, but i don't feel like wasting another $20 to find out. the polish acts like it's a few years old, sticky & stringy. it goes on streaky and thick. again, maybe it's the color, maybe it's the formula, but i suspect a little of both. then again i've worn $3 matte purple and haven't had the problem of applying coat after coat just to cover up the last one's streaks. the brush is good and i know how to do a great swipe job so it's not the application. it takes long to dry too. i used it with and without a base coat, getting the same results each time. i kept crossing my fingers that it would self-level, but it didn't. if you really want to waste money on a polish (cuz let's face it, $20 IS a waste) then go for Chanel instead. my experience with their Black Satin color was a lot better. still didn't last that long but the formula was great. If crazy colors are your thing, try Illamasqua. — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

my favorite color
This blue is my absolute favorite. I wish I could wear it all the time, but alas it's dark for where I work. However, I wear it the rest of the time. I'm sure I will cry when I run out, as I believe it has been discontinued. tear. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

A beautiful navy blue
I was a bit leery about the price, but when my sweetheart bought it for me, I was certainly happy to try it out. First of all, the application was very nice. It went on smoothly, and evenly, and provided nice, even coverage in two coats. I used Orly Bonder base coat, and Seche Vite top coat, and this polish wore like iron for me. I mistreat my manicures quite a bit, and this one stayed through heaps of abuse. The color is a lovely creamy navy, with just the tiniest bit of shimmer that only shows up in full sunlight. The only reason this dropped to 8 stars is the price. If this were half the price, and the same quality, it would be a 10 star product. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful
