I LOVE this product. When my son gets diaper rash it clears up within a day! When I was using desatin it took days to get rid of diaper rash. I have used this cream on my eldest since the day she was born. It works really good for when she has those rashes and I don't have to worry about what I am putting on her skin. I recently had my second child. While i was in labor I was made to walk around so labor would progress quicker. My loving husband was there with every single step. By the time we finished walking my poor husband was in pain because he was chaffing.
