  I love my flattening iron it is the best purchase i've ever made as far as my hair is concerned. While othe straighteners take atleast 30- 45 minutes to cover my head the CHI takes less than 15 minutes and i have alot of long hair that is naturally very curly. This is one of the only flattening irons that works very well on my best friends hair (she is of african descent). We can do her entire head in less than 35 minutes which is quite amazing. This product definately lives up to its name and i give it rave reviews. I've been using CHi for over 2 years now and its still working like the day i bought it... pefectly. The box it comes in is very sturdy and my mom still uses her box to store her 3 year old CHi. This flattening iron is worth ever penny and more. Happy Straightening!!!   Chi Irons

  Chi straighteners are by far the best and don't damage like the others. The heat is high enough to straighten even the coarsest hair, making it super soft and silky. Only problem is the wiring gives out too quickly. I've had to replace mine a couple of times even though I take great care of them. If Chi is able to fixthat...   Best Ever

  I use this product and it is wonderful. My niece who is mixed has really course frizzy hair and only uses my flat iron because it straightens without breaking and damaging the hair. I have really thin hair and I can use it without it making my hair look real greasy. May 13, 2008, 11:49 am

  Great and will not damage hair

  This iron has worked wonders on the most unruly and curly hairstyle of all my friends. It leaves your hair feeling shiny and healthier as opposed to other irons which are known to dry out your hair.   Love my CHI

  I don't know how I ever survived without my Chi flatiron. My hair must have looked awful! I have slightly wavy/frizzy hair and I have a hard time getting it straight just with a blowdryer. The Chi makes my hair soft and silky and super-straight. I LOVE it! April 30, 2008, 3:59 pm

  This iron makes your hair straight without cooking it and it stays all day. It's pricey but you are getting what you pay for with it. It's travels well and it's my fave. June 16, 2008, 8:41 am

  Best Straightener Ever Known To Man!

  This straightener made my life and hair better! This straightener makes my hair straight and silky and it gets so hot that it makes straightening your hair so easy and quick. My only compliaint is that the old Chi's worked better than the new ones. They got hotter and they were more comfortable in the hand. The new ones... My daughter actually took my old one and traded it with her new one and I can't believe the difference. Since she won't give it back (she's 14!!!), I think I'm going to get on Ebay and find an older one. Aren't things supposed to get better now worse when they are "new". September 29, 2008, 8:17 pm

  This straightener is the only one that keeps my hair straight all day regardless of humidity and doesn't kink or pull my hair like other ones do. It is well worth the money to upgrade and buy one of these. I tried saving a few bucks and still bought a brand that cost $85, and it was awful. This heats up quick, holds the ... It is well worth the money to upgrade and buy one of these. I tried saving a few bucks and still bought a brand that cost $85, and it was awful. This heats up quick, holds the heat, and works well very very quickly. Be careful not to pull on the cord too much or let it get twisted too much, one of mine shorted out after 2 years of ownership due to this.
