Didn't help or hinder
I have naturally healthy, strong nails. This didn't help or hinder my nails at all. I use it as a basecoat sometimes, and as far as that goes, it dries relatively quick and my polish doesn't chip as soon as if I don't use a basecoat. I am giving this a medium star review because it didn't do anything for my nails, but then again my nails don't need any help.
