Unimpressed...
I've been using Josie's line of products for almost two years. I love so many of them, but this lip gloss isn't one of her best. For me, it's very similar to so many other lip glosses on the market, the only difference being the ingredients. This gloss need not plump lips that are already full. Also, I'd prefer a more interesting color selection. Glow is pretty, as is Summer Lovin', but I ended up keeping neither. If you are going to try any of Josie's products I highly recommend the Argan Oil and one of her Tinted Moisturizers with SPF. A MUST HAVE!!
I have this plumping gloss in the color Optimism and I LOVE it!! The gloss itself is soo sultry looking. It gave my lips just enough of a pout so that it looked natural and didn't have that horrible sting factor that most Lip Plumpers have. It's a little sticky but not like other brands I've tried. It stayed on for a relatively long time period before I had to reapply it. I use this color (Optimism) over the Argan LipStick in Birthday Suit and when the two are paired together it gives you the perfect au natural look. I also didn't mind paying $20 for it, since it did give me the pout I was looking for, I didn't have to keep reapplying it every 20seconds and they offer it in a lot of great colors. I received this for the first time with a set from QVC and have to say that I love it, the color is sheer and it has a yummy cake batter scent.
