I have been using colgate total for a long time, but if I have to choose Crest toothpaste, this would be my choice. It has a strong refreshing minty flavor that lasts pretty good. My teeth feel clean. BUT I cannot say that it is effective as a whitening toothpaste. Crest is always my default product but I especially love this whitening with scope product!
