sadly disappointed.
I splurged and bought two bottle of Orly polish. A bright hot pink and a irridescent clear coat. The irridescent clear coat paints on completely clear. I've tried using it alone, over dark colors, light colors, flat colors, metallic colors....and nothing, it's just clear. As for the hot pink, it came out completely flat and made my toes look dull and not taken care of.
