With the old tools that I had I couldn't really get the outcome that I disired until I bought this tool! It really does the job and is pretty easy to use. This fits the bill perfectly. The square edges can be a little sharp if you're not careful, but then I suppose almost any pedicure tool can be harmful if not used carefully.
