I have thick, dry, wavy hair which I style with just a little wave enhancer and then let air dry. Its important for me to find a conditioner that is rich and moisturizing but won't make my hair heavy. I prefer using natural products and had read about how great hemp oil is for retaining moisture, so I bought this product when I was at Whole Foods one day. I was weirded out by this at first because it is surprisingly runny and coats hair almost as an oil would (as opposed to a traditional conditioner- hard to explain). The first few times I used it, it didn't seem to do much at all. However, after a few weeks I noticed definite results. It moisturizes very well and definitely reduced frizz. I also found that it rinsed out easily, made my hair healthier and easier to manage. HORRIBLE...dissapointed..:(
