nice while it lasts,,,

I have this in gold, and it looks gorgeous when first applied, but looks awful after a few minutes of blinking. I now use it as a base for my gold/brown smokey eye, which does look really lovely. I wouldn't say it was worth buying, but if you already have and are thinking about throwing it away, try this.

My daughter bought this and out it on. Needless to say it was taken right off. A 13 year old does not even like it.

Kudos...

I use the silver/whitish color on the inside corner of my inner eye, it opens up my eyes, makes them look wide, and bright. It brings out the white in my eyes, and it also keeps me looking like i have less darkness below my eyes. Applied with a nice small eye shadow brush, just blend into inner corners. Love it!

Gave me an allergic reaction

I've been wearing makeup since I was 14 and never once had an allergic reaction until I wore Rimmel. This eye gloss gave me an allergic reaction, my eyelid was itchy and it swelled up. I was so furious I threw it away and went to the store where I bought it to demand a refund. ALL of Rimmel's eyeshadows have given me the same reactions, I think they should just take Rimmel off the market. I tried contacting them thru their website and they don't have an address or number listed.

Bad, Bad Eye Gloss!

I was super excited when I saw this product. I purchased it in black and it had glitter in it, which I thought perfect for a night out on the town in Vegas. I was sadly mistaken. First, the gloss is goopy and hard to apply with a brush. Second, it will not stay on! The product crept up into the crease of my eye lid, smudged everywhere and some of it just plain disappeared. Nothing Good To Say About This Product

It's cheap and that's about the only good thing I have to say about it. The color is so sheer that it takes several coats to give up some real color. By the time you're done applying it your eyes are so sticky you can hardly blink. You can feel this product on top of your eyes just sitting there like grease. It kinda stings your eyes. It also has virtuely no staying power and settles into crease of your eyes. Long story short don't waste your money on this one.

boo!

This product creases and looks terrible. I thought I would try to at least get my moneys worth and use it as a base to put powder eye shadow over, but that didnt work either. I ended up having to throw it away.
