If you can get past the smell...
This is the greatest shampoo I've ever used. It really gets my hair clean and feels wonderful! an odd smell, but worth it
When the product descriptions say that it smells like a campfire, they're not lying, It smell STRONGLY like a campfire. I got my first bar in the mail and it stunk up our whole mail room, the car, my doorm room, my boyfriend's apartment, and finally only his bathroom. The good news is, the longer you use it, the more that smell fades. It doesn't linger too bad in your hair either, especially not after it's dry. Also if you use a strongly scented conditioner, it does an almost perfect job of covering it up. As for how the product works, I personally think the smell is worth it. I suffer from a HORRIBLY flaky scalp, that just gets worse when I'm stressed.
