This is my favorite of the solid shampoos from Lush. As other reviewers have noted, the seaweed bits will not get lodged in your hair. What you will get is a fair bit of body, with no residue. Condition well after using as it can be slightly drying. Lasts forever, so is an excellent value for your money. I would suggest that if you store it in the metal shampoo tin that you leave the lid off. Makes it easier to remove when it isn't damp.
