I was really excited that Lush was carrying a vegan conditioner, and I really wanted to like it, but I just didn't. It didn't feel moisturizing when I applied it, and it didn't live my hair manageable when I rinsed it out. I don't usually have dry hair, but this left it tangly and feeling dried out. Bummer. If you're in the market for a vegan conditioner, try something from Jonathan, Abba, or even Samy. Unfortunately, everything else I've tried works better than this. This conditioner is not only vegan friendly, it is the most nourishing for fine hair. A must have for beautiful, tangle free tresses that aren't weighed down. I have to cut my hair every six months instead of every 2. PHENOMENAL! — 2 months ago

Good conditioner, but way overpriced!

I was a Veganese use for several years and enjoyed what it did for my hair, but the price has been inflated much higher than I can justify paying. My hair is pretty low maintenance. It's in great condition, is soft and has good shine on its own, so really the only things I need from a conditioner are that it can help detangle and be lightweight enough to not weigh down my very fine volume-challenged hair. This stuff fit the bill. It helped keep my hair soft and tanglefree and mildly bouncy. I didn't care much that it was Vegan, but the natural ingredients were certainly attractive. Sadly, the conditioner is now twice as expensive than I paid for it 5-6 years ago and given how low maintenance my hair is, I can't justify paying 3-4 times as much for a bottle of Veganese than I would for another conditioner. So sadly I had to stop using this. It'd be a good conditioner for someone who really wanted a Vegan conditioner and had fairly normal hair, but at the current price point I'd suggest shopping around first. It's my personal opinion that Lush has set prices beyond what much of their line is worth. A real shame, since they used to be my go to place for hair and skincare. — 3 years, 2 months ago

This conditioner is very thin, but, it does condition my straight hair altough it isnt very moisturing it left my hair seriously shiny!! Plus it has a really fresh lemony scent. — 3 years, 4 months ago

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a huge Lush fan, and my bathroom is stocked with Lush stuff. That being said, I am not impressed by this conditioner AT ALL. I've been testing it for the past three weeks, and my baby fine hair has had flyaways (it never has them, unless I don't condition for a couple of days in a row,) and it's felt coarse and rough, but not with added body. The scent on first smell is great-- really lemon-y and fresh, but the top note fades extremely quickly on my hair and leaves it with a smoky/patchouli-esqe scent that I dislike. I've paired it with three different shampoos too, so I know it's not the shampoo/conditioner pairing that's causing the problems, it's just this conditioner. I'm glad I only bought the small bottle to test it. — 4 years, 1 month ago
