I don't like the taste beer, but after getting my first whiff of CSS's yeasty goodness, I wondered if I could find a brew that tasted the way CSS smells. But CSS is more than just a pretty smell, it leaves my hair squeaky clean, shiny, and, most importantly, moisturized. Anyone who has ever dumped a cold beer over their head in the shower (that would be me) to reap its shine-enhancing benefits will be especially appreciative of this shampoo. I've been using Lush's Cynthia Sylvia Stout Shampoo which is totally vegan for a couple of weeks and am in love with it! The scent right out of the bottle can be a turn off for some since it smells quite strongly of beer. It leaves your hair smelling wonderful though-not like beer, haha, I use it with Lush's Jungle Conditioner Bar and the combination is really nice! The Cynthia Sylvia Shampoo left my hair super soft and ultra shiny, it looked so much healthier after a few uses. It's currently on my favorites list!! It's a bit different than your average shampoo since it's more watery than it is creamy or gel like but it lathers extremely well and really leaves your hair squeaky clean. The only possible con is if you already have very dry hair, this tends to dry it a bit.
