A nice product but a bit spendy for what they are...

PROS: Nice range of colors. I like the consistency and wear of the product (yes, they are a bit sticky, but I like sticky glosses because they last longer on my lips). I like the sqeeze tube applicator. I like that they slightly plump and moisturize my lips! CONS: Fairly sheer (both the Jelly and Smoothie varieties--Smoothies claim to offer a "medium wash of color" but it's pretty light unless you slather on a lot of gloss.) They are all scented. All of the ones I try smell really strong, and most of them are sugary candy sweet (I'd prefer something a bit more subtle). Sometimes Lancome makes ones that are a total dud, so try before you buy (UGH, I still feel sick when I think about Joyeaux, a pine scented and flavored Juicy Tube! It was like eating tree sap!!!) A bit expensive ($18 for a fairly sheer, strongly scented gloss? It seems like I could get something like that from the drugstore for less). I really do like the Lancome Juicy Tubes, but would probably only purchase them as part of a GWP, or in a mini set from the Lancome Outlet. — 2 years, 7 months ago

Very thick

I have a few of these lipglosses and I love how shiny they leave my lips. They do feel a little to thick though. I have also gotten my hair stuck in my lips on a breezy day when I wear juicy tubes. I am a sucker for the holiday gift sets of these because they are so affordable and the colors are so beautiful. I usuallly wait until one is in my gift with purchase and don't buy them outright. Not my favorite lip gloss

This was my very first lip gloss-in-a tube-item. I remember that every GF I know was using or at least talking about this lip gloss. It was very sticky, did not absorb into lips, and instead just sat on top. I forgot which exact shade I got, but it was in pink-mauve color. The color was appealing in the tube, it was basically much clear on the lips. I thought about trying another color, but within a month, other companies started producing similar lip gloss. I thought this Lancome Juicy Tube was the stickiest and gooiest lip product, then later I discovered Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush lip gloss, which was, in my humble opinion, the stickiest and gooiest one I ever used. — 1 year, 6 months ago

Nice Color Thick Texture

I have been wanting to try this gloss for quite some time and after trying it today I didn't see why so many people rave about it. The fishnets color was great and would probably look great on just about anyone but the color didn't match the texture which was thick and no different than what you find at the drugstore. This is a great product! Great colors, great smelling and looks great layered over lipsticks to gove them a little extra shine i have many colors in this and i love them all!! Too sticky

Sticky gloss

The product does offer a wide range of colors, but it's better to think of them as clear glosses or, at best, glosses with a slight tint. The shine has a mirror-like finish and is great. Depending on the color you purchase, it may have a slight shimmer. Beware, though. It's very thick and sticky. Be careful of windy days. — 6 months, 1 week ago

Mom loves it, I don't

My mom LOVES this gloss. As a middle aged woman, she says it gives her good balance of shimmer and color and she loves it when her lips are SUPER shiny. I, on the other hand, am not a big fan of these. This gloss is very sticky, takes a while to spread on your lips and because it IS so sticky, it is hard to smear when you put one lip over another (I can't think of a the best way to describe this, sorry!). Otherwise, the color selection is great, they are about average priced for dept store glosses and if you live near an outlet, it's even cheaper, so makes it a good deal for a Lancome product. :) I personally like Dior Addict best. — 1 year, 6 months ago
