    a nice product

    An aveda consultant suggested I switch from Color Conserve shampoo and conditioner to the Smooth Infusion shampoo and style prep. Allure gave this product an excellent review, so I decided to try it. After my first use I have found it really cuts down on static fly-aways and leaves my hair looking almost ironed. I may have ...used too much product (two pumps) though, because I am not as satisfied with the shine level. April 8, 2008, 1:28 pm

    Great Heat Prep

    I have curly hair that is put through the stress of heat straightening almost daily. Since using this product my hair is softer, has a nice shine without using other serums and just seems to stand up to the heat much better than it used to. Great product. March 28, 2008, 1:49 pm

    Works well, but another product to buy

    This product does not take the place of your styling product, it is a prep to use before it. It is lightweight and does not affect the amount of product I use afterwards, but I would not say that it is a do without item. Lightweight, non greasy and without much of a noticable scent, it does make my hair easier to comb thr...ough. However, it does not offer up enough of an added benefit for me to purchase again.     It's pricey, and doesn't seem to deliver much value for the price. It didn't deliver the control that was promised, nor the level of increased softness, additionally the smell is somewhat strong. Not a good value for the money. April 19, 2008, 9:55 pm

    One of my favorite products ever!!

    The trick to this product: put it in when your hair is really wet, and a little goes a long way. It smells awesome and doesn't make my hair greasy, just super soft and shiny. October 23, 2009, 7:42 am

    Smooth at last!

    I use this product religiously. I apply it to wet hair everyday, whether I am leaving my hair curly or straightening it. It also works wonders as a touch up on dry hair to combat flyways and frizz. May 13, 2009, 11:13 am

    Smooth and straight

    This entire line of Aveda's is fantastic. I have been very satisfied with the smooth silky results. My hair styles without the "frizzies" and my cuticles do not rough up as the day goes on - in fact, that aspect lasts from wash to wash about every 4 days. My hair is curly and coarse and after exercising I do ha...ve the same silkiness but at least I don't have the rough frizzy look! October 21, 2008, 7:04 am

    Flat iron in a bottle!

    I use this along with the Aveda smoothing shampoo and conditioner. I rarely use my flat iron except for small touch ups now. This has cut about 30 min out of my daily routine. I love it!! August 17, 2008, 8:32 pm
