Anna Sui is AMAZING
I love her thoughtful colors and packaging... but she really out did herself with the eyebrow pencil (which matches up with my Dior Eyebrow pencil to make my dynamic duo for my red/blond eyebrows) Anna Sui's Eyebrow Pencil is creamy but not smudgy.
