My hair felt soft but it dis not smooth my hair at all it was a mess even after straightening and using a smoothing serum that I normally use and works great but not with this shampoo and conditioner and my hair felt coated with junk I washed 3 times with a clarifying shampoo and it still felt coated I was really wanting to love this shampoo I have read so many great reviews and it smells great I give a 1 for the great smell — 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
