The Redken Curl Perfecting Lotion boosts curls and waves in towel dried hair. It smells a bit citrusy as you pump it into your palms and then rub them together before rubbing your fingers and palms through your hair and then scrunching it. When you let it air dry, curls and waves form as it dries. I was happy that the curls were soft and not crunchy and that I can find such a product at a local drugstore for a reasonable price.
