this cream says soft style on it. My hair was not soft at all. this creme is like a gel and conditioner in one, which i didn't like. it made my curly hair crunchy (which is nasty and does not look natural). also, it is a little pricey because its by paul mitchell. it works just as good as a drugstore brand. as a gel, it is pretty good. my secret weapon
this is one of those products that doesn't sound like you need it along with your other styling products, but you should. if i happen to run out of this i can instantly feel the difference in my hair. it makes it nice and soft, shiny, bouncy, and full. something i don't get from using just mousse or another serum. i have hair to the middle of my back and a dime size amount is all i need. so i find it a good value because the product lasts a long time. i've been using this for years now and i still love it — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
