I have bleached, dyed, and highlighted fine, straight hair. It was getting a little dry and dull. This product conditioned it nicely without being heavy or flattening it. It is more expensive than I would like it to be and heavily although not necessarily pleasantly fragranced. I also do not like the jar personally.
