    Best Bar Soap on the Market

    Move over Clinique, Lancome and Perscriptives there's a new cleanser in town...and her name is Dove.

    I went to a dermatologist to look at some spots on my face. I had been out in the sun for years, and if there was no sun I went to tanning beds. My dermatologist told me to use Dove for sensitive skin. He said that there is no need to pay for expensive face cleansers because Dove is better. I was skeptical. I did't use... bar soap on my face because it made my face tight and stingy and dry. But, I tried Dove anyway and "no tightness" and "no stinging" and "no dryness". That happened in 1994 and I've been using Dove ever sense. I love Dove. July 13, 2008, 11:51 am

    Facewash...

    honestly, I would use this on a newborn. It's so gentle. I use it on my face, and it not only gets rid of makeup but also waterproof stuff and leaves a squeaky clean feeling. Also doesn't make me break out, which is a HUGE PLUS in my book April 18, 2008, 10:00 pm

    My first time using a bar soap on my face.

    I've never used a bar on my face because i'm so used to that wierd-tight-squeaky-feeling most bar soaps give your skin, i thought BLEH i don't want that feeling on my face! I've spent tons of money on good facial soap and I was totally surprised by this little bar. It cleaned of all my makeup and made my skin feel silky smo...oth. Most soaps make my skin feel tight and dry afterwards if i don't put on moisturizer right after this makes it feel like i've already put some on! It doesn't make me more oily or breakout. One bar lasts months! I've started using it all over. I love it, and at about 6 bucks for a six pack you can't go wrong, it would last you all year! February 1, 2009, 11:15 am

    The best face soap ever

    After the hundreds of dollars (probably more) I've spent on different facial cleansers since my late teens, nobody who knows me believes that this is what I use now (I'm almost 41). It's gentle, removes make-up, rinses clean and doesn't dry out my skin. Too bad I didn't figure this out years ago...the amount of money I co...uld've saved would be staggering!     An all around great product!

    This is very gentle yet effective. You don't get that yucky slimy feeling that you get with some soaps and it doesn't have much smell. My whole family uses it because my mom is allergic to fragrances and perfumes. This doesn't dry out your skin and is fine for the face too. September 8, 2009, 4:25 pm

    Morning Dew

    Here is yet another one of my faves. Dove Sensitive Skin/Unscented. Yes, I am a allergic to many things and my skin just does not agree with a lot of products/ingredients. This is one that works. It cleanses, moisturizes and leaves a very soft scent (even though it is marketed as an unscented bar). This is the bar of c...hoice in my household. All others work, but tend to irritate me after repeated use. I typically purchase an eight pack of this beauty bar and I definitely think it is worth the money. I can usually find it on sale!
