I can't place my finger on it, but this foundation reminds me of jelly. It's almost has a gel like consistancy which can make blending a bit difficult. Although it's oil free, I found it turned oily on my face mid way through the day. If you live in a humid climate - I wouldn't recomend this to anyone with oily skin. The color selection isn't bad - it runs with the rest of Neutrogena foundations.
