This conditioner makes my hair amazingly soft! My highlighted hair, feels softer and shinier when I use this stuff. Truly amazing. I know that it probably has silicones and stuff that weighs down hair but that can easily be solved with a daily clarifying shampoo once a week. also I've noticed that my hair is straighter when I use this, strange I know, but it becomes really straight and I don't have to use a brush and blow dry it straight. I just let it air dry mostly and then blow dry the rest, which only takes a min or so but it's straight. definitely check it out! December 7, 2007, 9:23 am

Right off the bat, I have to say the pink packaging would make me b-line right towards it. Pink is definitely the way to most girls’ hearts. That was absolutely brilliant on L’Oreal’s part. The shampoo has a pearlescent look to it which makes me a sucker every time. For some reason, I’ve convinced myself that when a shampoo looks more creamy and shiny versus clear, my hair is being treated better. Call me silly. And the products are pink! Here’s where I get really excited– the scent reminds me of candy, cotton candy to be exact. It’s not an overpowering scent as not to clash with your fragrance wardrobe. It’s rather soft, clean, and sweet. So right there, I’m totally game for it.
Prior to using the shampoo for the first time, I had just colored my hair at home. So I was impressed at how my hair didn’t feel quite as much like a wet cotton ball as it usually does. The conditioner did a great job of hydrating and softening my freshly-colored locks but I wanted to take it a step further. I opted to also use the treatment since I had just colored my hair and haven’t done a treatment in a little over a week. I applied it and combed it through with a wide-tooth comb and left it in for a few minutes. Long enough to wipe down my shower walls and wash my face. Why didn’t I think of that before?
By using the combination of these products, I felt my hair was clean, shiny, and hydrated. That’s pretty much the goal of shampoo and conditioner, right? I think often as consumers we expect a lot out of products and that’s our right as we’re spending our hard earned cashola on them. Sometimes though, I have to remind myself that it’s a product. It’s not going to change my car’s oil and give it a free car wash as a bonus. For a drugstore brand, I would totally consider this as an option. It’s fairly priced and there’s enough shampoo and conditioner in there to really last. December 11, 2008, 1:13 pm

This is the best conditioner I've ever used, hands down. My hair felt amazing after just one use. It was soft and sleek and visibly healthier.
The only downside to this is that the scent isn't very noticable. It's barely there and doesn't smell like anything that great. That's weird because all of the other L'Oreal hair products have a very distinct scent.
That's my only real complaint. I just love this product, and I want to buy several more bottles so I don't run out any time soon. November 24, 2008, 10:03 am

I've used this a few times and it's pretty decent. I used all three products each time I wash my hair because it needs extra moisture. It's intended for medium to long length hair that is damaged -- bingo, that's me! I'm currently growing my hair out and it's right at my shoulders. All my coloring has left my hair pretty dry to the point that I rely on a good conditioner and serum. The conditioning treatment worked pretty well. My hair was soft and I was able to run my fingers smoothly during the washing and conditioning process. Still, I've had better conditioners...I prefer conditioners that come in a tub because they tend to offer more intensive treatment. November 20, 2008, 6:26 am

I was extremely disappointed with this product. The product is labeled as a Conditioning Treatment, which is supposedly better than your standard conditioner -no? I gave it a 2, because I have to give credit that it did do its job - hair conditioning. I expected what a conditioning treatment is supposed to do – moisturize, and strengthen, and condition my hair. However, the conditioner is nothing to rave about. This did nothing exceptional for my hair that a regular conditioner would do. Trust me...there are far better conditioning treatments out there - ex. Neutrogena Triple Conditioner Recovery Mask.
