  Nothing feels as good as Satin!

  This is a must have in your product wardrobe. It is simple and it works. Redken has designed a line of products that are numbered, each number on a scale of how strong a hold the product will be. With Redken Satinwear # 02, it is a mild hold that helps you blow dry your hair with out all of the fly aways. It smooths out... all of your ends, and makes your hair feel great! I really like the design of the bottles with it's large numbers and grey and black bottles, and how simple the line is to figure out.   This is an awesome product it does smooth my hair and leave it shiny, I love that it protects it from damage from heat styling. I really like this product cuase it is lighter then the creams and does not leave my hair oily or icky feeling. May 28, 2008, 10:56 am

  I have fine hair, and this works great! I notice a difference when I don't use this and I hate to blow-dry my hair without it. My only complaint is that my local Target carries Redken products, but not this particular one. I've tried to find a suitable substitute, but so far I have had no luck, so I have to drag myself ...to Ulta to get it. Good thing it lasts so long! For me, one bottle lasts for a year.   Works wonders

  This is the greatest product, it works like a dream. I have thin, fine, yet frizz prone hair and satinwear keeps it sleek and shiny without feeling like heavy mousse or anything at all really. I can't blowdry without it!! December 2, 2007, 8:15 am

  Perf. For Blow-Dry

  I love the smell of this product and teh feel. My hair is thin, so I don't need to use a lot before I blow-dry my hair. Redken's satinwear02 is a light hold (so not sticky at all) but it also protects my hair from the heat styling. I love it! October 12, 2007, 6:03 am

  This makes my hair feel very dry

  I will be the first to say that I love Redken products and Redken is also the brand of color that my hairstylist uses to color my hair with. However, I do not like this Satinwear. It is probably the worst thing that I have used from Redken and it is not worth the money. It makes my hair feel like straw. I have no idea why. ...Thankfully I just bought a small tube to try out. Wish that I could give it a higher review but I can't. Since it is made by Redken I thought for sure that it would be great but its just not. August 10, 2009, 1:37 am

  Most Redken products smell horrible, but this one smells great, especially what you need when you are using hot blow dryers! My hair is silky and brush just glides through. There is no residue and super light weight, I highly recommend this. May 28, 2009, 5:26 pm

  Great stuff

  Leaves hair soft and totally manageable. Am having a great hairday after my first time using it! It doesn't make hair a little stiff like other blow dry lotions. Also, it definitely cut down on my blow dry time. I am a fan! May 8, 2009, 12:01 pm

  the best!

  Having just used up all of my Matrix Color Smart Shine Creme I searched several salons to replace it. It was nowhere to be found which made me think that the company was discontinuing the product. I liked it, it made my hair shiny, less frizzy and I hoped it was protecting my hair and extended the life of my haircolor. H...aving come up empty handed I needed to find a replacement. Redken's Satinwear caught my eye at the last minute. According to the bottle this product should protect my hair during blow drying, control frizz and protect my color. This stuff is awesome!!! My hair is incredibly shiny and soft. I'm not sure if it does anything as far as protect my color from fading but my hair looks remarkably health. A little goes a long way. I suggest 1/2-1 pump for hair that is about shoulder length. Satinwear is better than Matrix, better than Sebastian's Potion No. 9. December 7, 2008, 8:09 am
