L'Oréal Paris True Match Super Blendable Powder Reviews

Good Colors, Poor Wear
I really wanted to like this product. They color matches really are spot on, but the wear was not great. I found it difficult to blend, it didn't last long, and seemed to just sit on my skin. — 1 year, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 7 people said helpful

Review: L'Oreal Paris True Match Super Blendable Powder
i hate this:( it does not apply well, does NOT offer any coverage, basically slides off[and i dont have oily skin] and i would not reccomend this. For one of my musicals i was required to wear a powder and had this and i was soooooo dissapointed, i NEVER will wear this again — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 7 people said helpful

Great Powder
I really love this powder because it goes onto my skin easy and feels light without looking cakey. The powder is great for coverage and lasts a long time. I love that the shades easily blend with my skin and look natural for great coverage. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 10 of 12 people said helpful

average
This powder is silky and smooth, but doesn't have good coverage. It won't conceal your reddish skin nor hyperpigmentation. It also doesn't control oil well, as my skin got shiny by the end of the day. However their color selection is great. — 3 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

If you want a dewy complexion..
Loved the variety of shades, it gives you a more personal gratification knowing that you got the shade closest to your actual skin tone. (nobody likes that ugly mask line). -A little goes a long way, don't cake it on. Unnecessary. -Affordable, compact w/mirror & sponge (great for on the go). -It matches seamlessly with the foundation. The best thing: NO SHIMMER! :D Very matte, and makes for a dewy complexion, Excellent . — 1 year, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 10 of 12 people said helpful

Suprised!
I've never been much of a powder user - I always thought it made me look "cakey" so I just gave up. As I've gotten older, I have both dry & oil skin all at the same time (lucky me). I decided to pair this powder with the liquid foundation and together they've given me great quality coverage without looking "cakey" or "made up". It feels natural on and it's great for touch-ups throughout the day! I'm hooked! — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 7 of 10 people said helpful

Not a True Match
I'm pale, but I didn't think that I was so pale that the lightest shade in a product line that boasts matches for every skin tone would be too dark for me. I used N1, the lightest neutral shade, and applied it with a brush (as opposed to the sponge it comes with) for lighter coverage. After a few minutes, it was apparent that the powder was slightly darker than my skin tone. Not, "Oh, my God, I have to take this off!" dark, but certainly not a "True Match". As for how the powder holds up during wear, I got shiny within 3 hours (semi-oily skin in a Michigan winter). I've since mashed this powder up in a plastic container and mixed it with a teaspoon of cornstarch to lighten the color and absorb oil. While that destroyed it's portability, it works well for my morning application. I won't buy this one again. — 4 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 4 people said helpful

Loved this but it broke me out :(
This powder applies beautifully (with a brush-not the sponge, that would be too heavy for me) and I loved the way it set my foundation and got rid of shine. It looks really natural too, not cakey. Too bad I broke out after using it! It has corn starch, which can promote bacteria growth (eww), so it's not a good choice for those who struggle with acne. But if that isn't an issue, I would highly recommend this powder. — 2 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Good inexpensive product.
I used it as a shine control powder over my true match liquid foundation and it worked well. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
