This is a great price for a body brush. I brush my whole body (dry) from toe to head, always towards the heart. Dry brushing will boost circulation; it pushes the body’s ability to eliminate toxins through the lympathac system. This elimination process helps break down fatty pockets, responsible for cellulite. When you're shopping for a body brush, make sure it has firm bristles but isn't so scratchy that it will irritate your skin.
