Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo Long & Strong

I did not like this product at all. I only used one complete bottle b/c I paid more for it and didn't want it to go to waste, but I wouldn't recommend it too anyone. It left my hair feeling sticky and not easily brushable. For a name brand I expected more from it.

Great Stuff

The only product that I could find that actually strengthens my hair. I don't have hair all over my hands when I use this. I used to love Loreal Vive but they no longer make the one that I used so I switched to this and I am very pleased.

Not my favorite

Although I'm a huge fan of Garnier's products, this is not one of my favorite shampoos. I have long, straight, fine hair, and this shampoo kind of weighs my hair down. I will use up the bottle I have, but will probably stick with Garnier Body & Volume shampoo in the future.

Garnier Fructis Fortifying Shampoo Long & Strong

I love this shampoo. It leaves my hair shiny and easy to style. I also let my teenage daughter try it. She will not use anything other than this now. We both like this product. It is a great shampoo without a high price.

Average at best

This shampoo claims it is great for those with long hair. It does smell nice and gets the hair clean but I don't feel it is doing anything different than other shampoos that I have used.

Truth In Advertising

I have long hair but because of medical conditions it grows slowly, breaks easily and in general hasn't always looked as good as it could. I was using Pantene and yes it got my hair clean but left it dull and lifeless. I was in Wal*Mart and saw a display set up advertising a new shampoo that claimed to help long hair grow as well as keep it strong and healthy. I checked out the price and I figur...read moreed what the heck, what's the worst that can happen, I spend $3.00 or so and it doesn't work, never know unless I try. I am so glad I took a chance. My hair looks healthy, it's shiny, the occurance of split ends has been reduced dramatically and it's actually growing again. When I started using this shampoo & conditioner my hair was about in the middle of my back, now after 2 years it's almost past my waist. That may not sound like alot to you but for me thats amazing growth!! No other shampoo I've ever tried produced results like Fructis. It's a great product and I think it's reasonably priced. It's alot less than most of the other big name products I see. So if you're having trouble getting your hair to grow or just want it to be healthier & stronger, give this a try, I honestly believe you'll be happy with the results you get :o)

AWESOME for short term

I use this product periodically to strengthen my hair. It truly does make my hair strong. Unfortunately, for me, if I use it for more than a couple of weeks at a time, I get a build-up that leaves my hair heavy and limp. But having to use a differnt product in between isn't going to stop me from using this wonderful product...the good by far outweighs the negative.

frizz

I really don't like how my hair felt after using this shampoo. All of the moisture was stripped from my strands. I was a frizz-ball once my hair dried.

2 Thumbs Up

I tried Garnier Fructis Length & Strength Shampoo for the first time this summer. I have very oily hair, and this shampoo helped maintain an oil-free look all day. When working out I can shower and use it twice a day without overdrying. It smells great and helps prevent split ends and breakage in the heat.

amazing

I use the shampoo and conditioner and they are wonderful. I love my hair, and it is getting longer. Also, I get complimented on my hair all the time.
