Best for Less Money
I always bought one of the most expensive brands of mascara. (L'ancome") My daughter turned me on to this and it gives you the longest and fullest lashes you can imagine. Looked like I had on fake lashes, in a good way!
I was really impressed by the volume and length I got from this mascara. After curling my lashes I applied the white base, let it dry. Then brushed on the mascara. I thought the mascara was great - two in one; one caveat is that you should make sure the white coating dries completely before you put on the black mascara; otherwise, you might have bits of whites in your lashes... but it's smooth and effective.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Packaging is not convenient.
The mascara is fine but the container that it is in is not comfortible to use. The white (step one) takes several coats to cover your lashes.
