I am a hairdresser, and use this on nearly everyone! It has buildable hold. For someone with fine hair just use half a pea sized amount for flyaways, for someone with thick hair, a quarter sized amount. This definitely reduces frizz and adds shine. I use about two pumps of this in my damp wavy hair and when it dries my waves are softly defined. I also like this for when i am going to blow my hair out. Out of all the "No Frizz" products out there, this is without a doubt within my top 5, although not number one. I got a sample of this with a purchase of my Redken All Soft shampoo & conditioner. It made my hair soft, smooth, without frizz. However, it did somewhat weigh my hair down, but that might have been because I used too much.
