After washing my face I would feel dry and itchy, I started using DDMG, and what a difference, My face feels and looks soft, and refreshed. I use it every morning, I love it.

the best basic

DDML gel is the best year-round, all-purpose, everyday moisturizer out there. Lightweight, instantly absorbed, cooling and refreshing on the skin, never greasy. Creates the perfect surface for makeup, powder, or a treatment cream. I'll never change.

Love it!

This is one of my favorite products of all time. When Clinique first debuted it I bought a bottle and have been hooked ever since. I love the hydrating gel because it never leaves my face feeling greasy or oily...my skin literally drinks it up as soon as I put it on. I use it year-round, although it's especially nice during the fall/winter when the air is cold and dry and offers little protection ...read moreto my skin. I have also gotten several of my friends hooked on this because the dramatically different moisturizing lotion is way too heavy for combination skins. It also lasts for a really long time so it's basically an investment in your skin. I would recommend this product for anyone, regardless of their skin type.

Great for combination skin

The gel is comfortable on the skin and absorbs quickly. I can use it all over my face, even the oily areas. It's good for light to moderate moisturizing and it does not cause me to break out. My only complaint is that it does not really do the job when serious moisture is needed. For that I use a separate, heavier cream. Overall, though, this is one of my absolute favorite products and I highly recommend it, especially for combo girls like me.

Doesn\'t work for everyone

Despite almost universal praise for Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer (the \"yellow lotion\"), there are those that do not see this as a panacea. I am one of the few for whom this product did not provide any benefits. I found the texture of the lotion to be comfortably thick on my fingers, but turned my face into an oil slick. I have combination skin and this lotion made my ...read moreface even shinier. The area around my mouth also became dry and patchy. I stopped using this and within days, my skin condition improved. When I gave this a second (and third and fourth) try, the same irritations appeared. I am baffled since the product is hypoallergenic, yet my skin is definitely allergic to one or more of the ingredients. I would strongly suggest people overlook all the high reviews and TRY the product first before committing to buy. This holds true for all products.

Very nice.

I received a sample from a co-worker, and I like it for my oily-sensitive skin. I even use it on the backs of my hands, it's soothing.

I swear by it

I have extremely sensitive skin and I've tried close to every moisturizing product that there is, or so it seems. Up until now I haven't been able to find anything that both tackles my senstive and dry skin. I've used both of the creams, the gel and the lotion, but I love the gel because it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and light, compared to the lotion that leaves almost a thicker layer. I use it every day and wouldn't leave home without it.
