I always buy Conair curling irons because they are well designed, last a very long time, are inexpensive, and easy to use. I like this one because, it heats up quickly to any temperature I need and I love the automatic shutoff option so I don't have to wonder and worry all day whether I shut my curling iron off. — 2 years, 9 months ago

I have tried high end irons and numerous cheap drugstore ones. conair seems to be the one that is built to last. The fancy ones at the cosmetology stores seems to have only a three year life span -but every conair I have purchased to date still performs as good as it did when first purchased. and some conairs i have are over 10 years old! — 10 months, 2 weeks ago
