Great primer, not so much plumper
I tried this way back when when it first came out. Long before all the stingy, ouchy lip plumpers were over-flowing the shelves. This works well as a lip primer, it fills in lines and creates a smooth base. But, seriously, how necessary is that? Not much. And as far as the plumping goes? Not so much, either.
