I have had this iron for over a year and a half and it still works just as well as it did when i first got it. it comes with a protective heat sleeve so you can immediately store it when youre done using it. heats up and holds heat. Very easy to use. You don't accidentally hit the buttons while using it (which can be a problem with other irons). Does not catch hair. Hair stays put on the iron.
