Not natural enough...

I got a sample of this from Sephora and have been "test driving" it before I buy. I was drawn to it because I had thought it was silicone free and would be a nice natural foundation... PROS: The L4 color matches my NC30ish skin fairly well. Has SPF 10. Not greasy, very natural finish. CONS: It's a bit expensive. While it is "water-based," dimethicone is the fourth ingredient on the list. The product is so sheer that it doesn't provide any coverage, no matter how much I try to build it up. Does have a slightly odd smell. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this product. UPDATE: I think this product is causing tiny breakouts... won't repurchase! — 2 years, 8 months ago

I too am a fan of Korres products, and I really like this foundation. I found that it smelled fine and went on smooth. A little too light and a bit too pricey, but otherwise a good foundation. — 1 year ago

wow! i found my hg everyday foundation. i cant help but ramble on about this.. its everything it claims to be! it is lightweight and VERY natural looking! it has vitamins c and e. the lightest color, L1, matches me perfectly and my biggest turn off with foundations is how they look in natural light outdoors. usually foundations look mask like or a completely different color. not this! it lasts for hours with me but i dont get oily. honestly, the coverage isnt the best if you need alot, but what i do is apply a light coating all over. it doesnt cover my blemishes but my skin instantly looks brighter and even beautifully. then i go back over one more time and apply little more over trouble areas. my skin looks awesome! i just need a bit of concealar for spots.. ive tried sooooo many foundations from high end to drug store brands and omg, this is amazing. the price is pretty steep but i think its worth it for the benefits in this foundation. i feel good knowing im looking good and not putting a bunch of weird toxins on my skin. edit: this is no linger my hg but its still a very nice foundation. there was nothing about it that wowed me. — 2 months, 1 week ago

I love this fondation! It evens out my skin tone yet feels really light on. Not tested on animals and contains pretty natural ingredients. Not all natural, but better than most. Worth the price! — 1 year ago

I am just as in love with this products performance as I am with it's ingredients and lack of harmful ingredients. The finish of this product is light yet covers imperfections, adds a glow yet is not oily, and provides all kinds of smoothness. It hasn't caused any breakouts from what I can tell. It stays looking fresh for hours, you may need to touch up but that's normal with most liquid foundations on oily skin, like mine. It comes in a neat tube that's great for travel and it seems like it will last awhile. I love the sun protection it provides and the fact that its healthy for you! — 3 years ago

Feels light but offers medium coverage. I don't experience the "I'm wearing foundation" feel you get from many medium or heavy coverage formulas, it feels light and natural. I use less concealer with this and it evens out my skin tone beautifully. I have no problems with drying and it stays better than most on my oily skin. I have had no adverse reactions or breakouts from this at all. The tube is easy to tote around when traveling and very durable. My teething daughter even got her hands on mine and it was pinched in places but not punctured I am very fair and neutral so finding something that is neither too pink nor too yellow can be a challenge, but this matched well with minimal blending. The color range is fairly basic though. The price is certainly reasonable for a prestige brand and I get a lot of use out of a tube. I'm on my second tube now and couldn't be happier. Having battled with acne for over a decade now, this is the closest look and feel I've ever to had to someone with naturally clear, gorgeous skin. It's fabulous — 3 years, 4 months ago

i read in my allure magazine that angelina jolie loves the korres beauty line so i decided to give it a try; seeing as she's got great skin! i ordered it from sephora and just tried it.i bought the l3. its amazing. the finish is flawless on my face. i actually got a compliment from my husband who said i looked radiant! i would definately recomend this. goes on without caking and hasnt budged in almost 9 hrs..the only thing i wasnt to fond of was the 28 bucks, but i'd purchase it again. — 4 years, 3 months ago
