    Really good

This has great coverage and lasts long. It's a bit dewy for my oily skin but in cooler months is perfect. Blends easily and you only need a little. Full coverage , very creamy. — 5 years, 8 months ago

    My HG foundation

Every single time I get lured in by an exciting new foundation promising "flawless skin", "natural coverage", "HD perfection", something happens with it and I end up disappointed. This, on the other hand, is the one I fall back on, that NEVER disappoints me. It looks humble in its little squeeze bottle, but I swear it does everything all foundations promise but usuall...read morey fail to deliver - give you natural-looking, perfect skin. It doesn't budge in horrible weather, and it does not break me out. It provides buildable, medium to full coverage. Unlike the Cover FX cream, it doesn't require a primer to make it spreadable since it has a nice spreadable consistency all on its own (primer probably would be good to help it last though), but its thick enough to be a dual concealer/foundation if it needs to be. Thank you Cover FX! — 5 years, 12 months ago

    A Little Heavy

I bought this foundation for the coverage. It did cover the redness, but made pores look larger. It was blendable, and stayed on all day. It was good for my oily skin, but felt too heavy. I was not impressed for the price. — 6 years, 6 months ago

Love the Coverage, Though it's a Bit High-Maintenance

I recently bought this Cover FX foundation in hope of covering my hopeless red-face from rosacea in time for some engagement photos. After a few weeks of use, I'd have to say it's everything I'd hoped for! Covers my rosacea beautifully without looking heavy or overly makeup-y, and it looked natural in the photos. I recently wore the foundation on some marathon travel days that included an overs...read moreeas, overnight flight, and it even held up through that! It also hasn't caused me to break out, which was a bit of a worry given that it's so much heavier than what I'm used to. The downside is that the product is a bit high-maintenance. To get the most out of it, you really do have to use the Cover FX prep product and set with a loose powder. (Which can either be the Cover FX powder or any high-quality powder that you have on hand. I use Prescriptives because I already owned it.) Somehow the combination of prep/foundation/powder acts chemically together to create the magic -- I've read reviews by people who tried just the foundation without the others and had a less-than-ideal experience. — 7 years ago
