Tinted Moisturizer and Primer in one.

I am thrilled to have found Smooth Operator by Tarte. This liquid foundation that is squeezed out of a tube glides on over my face, hiding little imperfections flawlessly. It feels almost like a moisturizing primer, thanks to it's new "water-in-silicone" formula. The pigments are light diffused to help blend fine lines and wrinkles away, only allowing a fresh and natural look to the fin...read moreish. Besides the formula having your daily SPF 20 in it, it also contains great natural goodness from the infused ginko biloba and ginseng, plus a powerful antioxidant blend of Vitamins A, C, and E.

goes on smooth

I have a mixed feeling on this product. It has a nice cool sensation when you apply it but the coverage is not very good. It is only suppose to be a tinted mosturizer, but for the price I expected more coverage. Nice packaging and comes out well. Overall it is good but not great.

HG Tinted Moisturizer

I love this stuff! This is such a great product. The texture is light but still creamy and it not only provides great hydration but blends easily into skin. The coverage for a TM is outstanding, better than some foundations, and I appreciate that the SPF (of 20 at that) is already built in. The price is right, the packaging is mess-free, a little goes a long way and the benefits to the skin are noticeable! Thanks, Tarte, for a great product.

Would consider buying!

I had a sample of this product which lasted me for two days. This foundation blends really well and becomes completely invisible on skin, yet somehow it provides nice coverage -- I hardly needed concealer on the usual areas (around nose, chin). Does not make face shiny or greasy. Works well with or without primer. What I especially liked about this product is that it contains a quality sunscre...read moreen, with both UVA and UVB protection, and it's fragrance free. Veil was a perfect shade for my light/medium skin tone. At $35, the price is a tad high, but not prohibitive--I would consider buying this product next time I am on the market for a foundation.

Nice texture with good coverage

This tinted moisturizer provides great coverage without feeling heavy. I did not experience color transfer to my clothes as I have with similar products.
