This product provides medium to heavy natural looking coverage. I like to use my fingers for under my eyes and a brush for blemishes. i really like this stuff as a concealer but I haven't tried it as an eye base yet. I'm loving this concealer right now. I like how feels very light but covers the circles under my eyes very well. I have it in London Light. I thought it would be too light for me and wouldn't cover my circles when I got it but it really does conceal the darkness. This was used on me during a makeover session. I liked the cooling feeling, and it did even out my skin around my eyes. However, personally, I would not purchase this as a concealer as it is not quite enough coverage for me. This concealer is great! The \"hollywood medium\" shade works perfectly for skin tones with some pink in them, like mine. It\'s so difficult to find the right shade and consistency for pink-toned skin, and this is just perfect! I love it!
