Won't buy again
I read the reviews of others who have tried this product and was encouraged enough to try it. Thanks guys. Now my hair is destroyed. I tried the strand test and that went fine. After using this product, I now lose a large handful of hair with every brushing. The hair is not relaxed. It is frizzy, very wavy (as it was before) and feels like straw. I will never, never, ever use anything else. I started using index 2 in 2005, made my hair (3b-4a) bone straight,but I switch to index 1 2007 because I wanted to tex-lax instead.
