This is GREAT stuff IF you are looking to have major eye glitter! The best part is it stays put really well unlike trying to use loose glitter/shimmery powder that tends to get on your cheeks or eyelashes. The colors are very vivid and lend well to being layered over a complementary shadow. The more you add; the more intense the glitter is so you can just do one 'layer' if you want more subtlety.
