I just bought this at 50% off at my friendly neighborhood CVS last week. My cuticles aren't horrible...but I handle paper all day so they weren't looking great, either. Also, my nails had been stained a little bit from a too-dark polish that seaped through a not-good-enough base coat. Anyway, I didn't buy this because it's on sale, I bought it because of its claims and I generally like Sally Hansen products. It actually does what it says it will do!!! How exciting! It is a dry-ish, grey, grainy creme. You don't need too much...jsut dab a tiny dot on the bed of each nail. Then rub. It has a nice exfoliating feel. After a minute of scrubbing, just rinse your hands well. Mine looked awesome afterwards. Cuticles that were ragged were smooth. Cuticles that had attached to my nails were back where they were supposed to be. My nails weren't nearly as badly stained, and they were nicely buffed. It was almost like using a buffer on them. I later applied a base-coat, polish and top coat and my mani lasted longer than usual. I now keep this at my sink to use regularly.
