Temperature doesn't stay hot for long

I tried it once or twice before & the temperature doesn't stay. Whenever I use hot-tools flat-iron it keeps the temperature unlike the conair flat iron

not a fan of conair straighters

conair doesn't usually make good flat irons. none of this worked. returned it. maybe it would crimp baby fine hair.

This should be banned.

I've never personally used this on my hair, but a friend had it and I used it on hers and that's as close as I'd ever get this thing to my hair. It does not make your hair shiny, smooth, straight, nothing. And not only does it not do what it was designed to, but it catches, snags, pulls and breaks hair. Just bad. Do not buy.

Worst straightener ever!!

This is without question the worst straightener ever created. It took close to 2 hours to get my thick hair even remotely straight, and it was super-frizzy and gross looking. Uneven heat distribution will literally fry your hair!

OUCH!

I borrowed thi straightener from my sister a couple years ago and OUCH! IT SNAGS YOUR HAIR. You end up waiting for a lifetime for it to heat up and it just does not do what its suppose to do. Thank God I wasn't the one that bought it!

shoulda got a chi...

This is a terrible flat iron tool. It takes forever and fell out as soon as I left the bathroom. Thankfully I was able to return it. DON'T buy it!!!!

those with thick hair- forget it!

so i was locked into begging my mom for this when i was abit younger because i wanted to go to school with pin straight hair and little stars on impressioned. but i have thick hair so getting it straight did not work, it didnt get hot enough to work well enough. maybe for your younger kids that like to play hair salon. but if your looking for a straightener- this is not the way to go.

NOT MY FAV

WELL WHEN I FIRST HAD THIS STRAIGHTENER I WAS EXCITED BUT WHEN I STARTED TO USE THE PRODUCT IT WOULD MYHAIR HALF DONE CAUSING ME TO PUT IN EXTRA TIME TO FINISH THE JOB . IT WAS POOR IN HEATING UP.

Terrible

This was the first straightener I ever purchased (when I was a teenager). Until I tried a different brand (when this one finally died), I had no idea that straighteners were actually supposed to get really hot. This straightener is TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY IT. It doesn't get hot and takes HOURS to do anything. I would give this product zero stars if I could.

I didn't like mine either......

This was the first flat-iron I bought, and it was quickly donated to a yard sale, as I lost my receipt. OTHERWISE it would have gone BACK to the store. It was not 'simple to use', bulky, and I was not impressed with the results.
