Great idea, but don't get your hopes up

I like that this product is very easy to use, the instructions are easy to understand and they give you tips on how to best use the product. But I feel as though I could have gotten the same effect if I boiled some water myself (even though this is a lot safer). I used this several times and well it did steam clean my pores it didn't do anything special. I could have got the same effects with boiled water, and the space is kind of small and I am kind of claustrophopic. I like the warm steam when it hits my face,.But it is a small space that might make someone feel a little claustrophobic. The steam opens the pores and cleans them out, which is a good thing. I felt relaxed and not overwhelmed by the steam into the face. The brush scrub is gentle and very soft. Spread cleanser on face and use brush to help clean face as a spa technician would. I enjoy this device to use for in between my next spa experience.
