This is a nice, gentle makeup remover. It did not irritate my super sensitive skin. I massaged it into my skin and rinsed with warm water. My face felt very soft, comfortable, and clean. I swiped some toner on a cotton ball. There was almost no makeup residue or dirt on it so it did a good job, It is fragrance free, but a bit expensive, unless you get a gwp. I actually had this product and haven't used it until last night and I was amazed of how quickly it removed my eye makeup..
