Can't live without!!!
I have tried eye base from several different cosmetics lines some were ok but this one is absolutely the BEST!!! Makes your eyeshadow last alot longer and really makes any color you use alot more intense. and lasts a long time for the cost i have veins that show bad on my eye lids and even when i don't put on eyeshadow i will use this to help cover them up.
